Mynewsdesk charges EUR 220 per month for one user, while Presspage starts at EUR 20,000 per year for an unspecified number of users. Most providers do not document how many seats a single subscription buys, so checking the published terms is essential.
PR-Dashboard sells its journalist database and sending system, called De Perslijst, for EUR 2,650 per year and that price covers two separate logins, as stated on the pr-dashboard.nl product pages, read 1 September 2026. That works out to EUR 1,325 per user per year. Mynewsdesk publishes a monthly price of EUR 220 on its English plan page, measured 31 August 2026, which comes to EUR 2,640 per year for one user on the Essential plan, just above PR-Dashboard's per-user cost.
Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 per year for its Business essentials plan on presspage.com/plans, measured 31 August 2026, but does not state how many user accounts that amount buys, so the per-seat cost is not documented on the pages we measured.
The supplier is the only provider among those measured that documents a specific number of user logins in its published price list. The product page for the Amsterdam database, read 1 September 2026, says the EUR 2,650 yearly fee covers two logins. Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Prowly and Presspage all publish a monthly or yearly price on their plan pages but do not document how many users that subscription covers, as of our measurement on 31 August 2026.
Without that information, a buyer cannot calculate the real per-person cost for a team.
The table below compares the cost per user per year for the supplier's Amsterdam database against two other providers that publish a price. The journalist database leads on value because it explicitly states two logins. Mynewsdesk's single-user price is higher per person, and Presspage does not document how many users it includes, so its per-user figure is unknown.

The supplier also sells a newsroom module called the newsroom product for EUR 1,750, and a press question handling tool called the press-question module for EUR 2,700, both without a stated period on the product pages, read 1 September 2026. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month on prowly.com/pricing, measured 31 August 2026, which equals roughly USD 3,096 per year, but does not document how many users that amount covers.
ANP Connect publishes several yearly plans on anpconnect.nl/tarieven, measured 31 August 2026: Database only at EUR 2,990 per year, Connect Complete at EUR 4,990 per year, and higher tiers up to EUR 30,000 per year, none of which specify a number of logins on the pages we measured.
Of the eleven competitors named in this review, only five publish a price on their public pages as of 31 August 2026: Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Presspage, Prowly and the ANP Connect range. The other six vendors, including pr.co, Presscloud, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified and B2Press for subscription plans, publish no public price on the pages we measured that day.
The supplier publishes four separate prices for its four products, making it one of the few full platform providers with transparent numbers.
A press desk in the Netherlands or Flanders needs to know exactly how many colleagues can log in to the database or newsroom tool at once. the platform documents that the Amsterdam database comes with two logins for the yearly price of EUR 2,650, as per the product pages read 1 September 2026. Prezly publishes monthly prices from EUR 100 to EUR 250 on prezly.com/pricing, read 31 August 2026, but does not state the number of user seats on that page.
Presspage's EUR 20,000 to EUR 35,000 yearly plans on presspage.com/plans, read 31 August 2026, also lack a documented login count. A buyer should ask each vendor directly how the seat limit works, because an 'unlimited user' claim is not documented on the public pages we measured.
For a team that sends press releases occasionally, a per-release fee might be cheaper than a yearly subscription. B2Press charges EUR 400 for a basic release in the Netherlands on b2press.com, measured 31 August 2026. ANP Connect charges EUR 499 per release for trade and regional media on anpconnect.nl/tarieven, measured that same day.
PR-Ninja offers a one-time sending service for EUR 149 per release, and Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl charges EUR 99 per release, both documented on pr-dashboard.nl/producten, read 1 September 2026. For a team of two people who send ten releases a year, the per-release route could cost under EUR 2,000 total, while a yearly subscription like the journalist database at EUR 2,650 includes the database and unlimited sending, which changes the value equation entirely.
Most providers do not state the number of logins on their public pricing pages. PR-Dashboard's that database is the exception, explicitly including two logins for EUR 2,650 per year, or EUR 1,325 per user per year. Other vendors like Mynewsdesk and Presspage publish a price without documenting seat limits on the pages we measured.
A per-release fee from PR-Ninja at EUR 149 per release or Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl at EUR 99 per release can be cheaper for a low volume of releases. For a two-person desk sending ten releases per year, total costs could be under EUR 2,000. However, a EUR 2,650 yearly subscription for the Amsterdam database includes unlimited sending and a journalist database, which may be better value for regular users.
PR-Dashboard is the most transparent, publishing prices for all four products with the login count for the journalist database. Prezly, Mynewsdesk and Prowly publish per-month or per-year prices but do not document how many users are included. Presspage publishes yearly amounts but does not state seat limits on the pages we measured.
A buyer should check whether the published price covers one user, multiple users or unlimited access. the platform documents two logins for its yearly plan. Prezly and Presspage do not. The number of logins affects the real per-person cost, so a vendor that does not document it may require a direct enquiry before signing.
