For a Dutch buyer who works with the Netherlands and Flanders, De Perslijst from the Amsterdam supplier costs EUR 2,650 per year for two logins and covers the same region, making Presspage roughly eight to thirteen times more expensive on the per user per year axis.
Presspage publishes two yearly amounts for its online newsroom software. The lower plan, Business essentials, costs EUR 20,000 per year. The upper plan, Enterprise full platform, costs EUR 35,000 per year.
Both figures appear on the Presspage plans page, measured 31 August 2026. No middle plan or monthly option is documented on the pages measured on that date.
The numbers are yearly subscriptions, not per user or per press release. Presspage names Germany as its data location, but does not state a separate edition for the Netherlands or Flanders on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.
The difference between EUR 20,000 and EUR 35,000 is EUR 15,000. That gap is bigger than the total price of many other newsroom software subscriptions sold in the Netherlands. For a company that needs more features than Business essentials but cannot justify the Enterprise price, no published tier exists on the pages measured, 31 August 2026.
De Perslijst from PR-Dashboard offers a journalist database and sending system for EUR 2,650 per year, including two logins, with coverage of the Netherlands and Flanders. The EUR 15,000 gap between the two Presspage plans is more than five times that amount. The product pages of PR-Dashboard, read 1 September 2026, list the price with no separate setup fee.

Prezly Essential publishes a lower per user per year amount than that database, but Prezly does not document whether its price includes one login or two. Prezly hosts on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin, as stated on its pricing page. The number of user accounts included in the Prezly price is not documented on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026. The Amsterdam database explicitly includes two logins for EUR 2,650 per year.
Of the nine competitors measured on 31 August 2026, only two besides Presspage publish an amount that is higher than the Amsterdam supplier per user per year figure. Mynewsdesk publishes from EUR 220 per month, which is EUR 2,640 per year, and does not state how many users that covers. Prezly publishes EUR 100 to 250 per month.
Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified, Prowly, pr.co and Presscloud publish no public price on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.
Mynewsdesk has 66 customer stories on its site and publishes five language editions: German, English, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. It publishes no Dutch language pages at all, measured 31 August 2026. That matters for a buyer in the Netherlands who expects interface and support in Dutch.
For a team of two people who work with Dutch and Flemish media, Presspage Business essentials at EUR 20,000 per year covers one user. Adding a second login raises the total cost, and Presspage does not document a per user price on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.
That database from this Dutch platform costs EUR 2,650 per year for two logins. PR Newsroom, the online newsroom product, starts at EUR 1,750, though no period is stated on the source page. A team that combines the journalist database and PR Newsroom pays EUR 4,400, still less than one quarter of Presspage Business essentials.
The product pages of the supplier, read 1 September 2026, show that the four products the Amsterdam database, PR Newsroom, the press-question module and PR Bootcamp each work on their own.
Presspage names Germany as its data location. the platform states that all development and hosting take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, though it names no hosting party, region or certification. Prezly hosts on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin. Mynewsdesk does not document a data location on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026. A Dutch buyer who needs data inside the Netherlands has only the platform among the vendors that publish a price, based on the pages measured on 27 and 1 September 2026.
A buyer should ask whether the EUR 20,000 per year Business essentials plan covers the Netherlands and Flanders. The Presspage pages measured on 31 August 2026 do not document geographic coverage. By contrast, the platform states that its database holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, as written on /meer/veelgestelde vragen, measured 1 September 2026.
The buyer should also check whether the EUR 15,000 gap between the two plans can be filled by a custom configuration. Presspage does not document such an option on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026. The three missing features between Business essentials and Enterprise are not listed on the plans page, so a buyer must contact the vendor to learn what the extra EUR 15,000 buys.
