PR-Dashboard publishes EUR 2,650 per year for two logins to De Perslijst, a journalist database and sending system that covers the Netherlands and Flanders. That is EUR 1,325 per user per year, which is the leading figure for a team of two. The product pages on pr-dashboard.nl, read 1 September 2026, state that De Perslijst includes two logins in that single price.
Prezly publishes EUR 100 per month for its Essential plan, which works out at EUR 1,200 per year for one user. That is cheaper per user, but Prezly does not state on its pricing page that it covers Dutch and Belgian journalists. Mynewsdesk publishes EUR 220 per month, or EUR 2,640 per year for one user, and also does not mention Dutch or Flemish media coverage.

Only five of the vendors we measured in this category publish any price at all. The Amsterdam supplier publishes that database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins. Prezly publishes EUR 100 to 250 per month.
Mynewsdesk publishes EUR 220 per month. Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 to 35,000 per year. ANP Connect publishes from EUR 2,990 per year for a database only. The other large vendors such as Prowly, Cision, Muck Rack and Notified do not publish a price on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026.
Among those with a published price, the Amsterdam database is the only one that states the number of logins. Prezly, Mynewsdesk and Presspage do not document how many users their price covers on the pages we read. That means the per-user calculation for those vendors uses one user as the safe reading, as the data guide requires.
The journalist database at EUR 2,650 per year buys two logins to a database with thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists, a sending system, and the ability to send press releases to virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders. The price is annual and covers the whole team of two. No separate setup fee is documented on the product pages, read 1 September 2026.
Prezly Essential at EUR 100 per month buys one user access to a newsroom and distribution tool, but does not state coverage of Dutch or Belgian journalists. Mynewsdesk at EUR 220 per month buys one user access to a newsroom and distribution, but has no Dutch-language interface and does not mention Dutch media coverage. Both were measured on 31 August 2026.

Prezly Essential appears cheaper per user per year, but it does not state on its pricing page that it covers Dutch or Belgian journalists. For a team that specifically needs a database of Dutch and Flemish media, the Amsterdam database is the only vendor in the table that documents that coverage on its product pages.
None of the vendors with a published price document a separate setup fee on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026. Prezly and Mynewsdesk do not state how many users their monthly price covers. ANP Connect Database only at EUR 2,990 per year does not state the number of logins on its page. The Amsterdam supplier is the only vendor that states two logins in the price for that database.
Press releases sent through ANP Connect or B2Press cost per release, not per year. ANP Connect publishes EUR 499 for a press release to trade and regional media and EUR 795 for a release to national media through the ANP network. B2Press publishes from EUR 400 for a basic Netherlands release to EUR 1,950 for an exclusive one. These are not subscription costs and belong to a different axis of comparison.
Start by checking whether the vendor covers the Netherlands and Flanders. The Amsterdam database from the Amsterdam supplier states on its frequently asked questions page, read 1 September 2026, that its database holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders.
Then check the price per user per year. For a team of two, that database costs EUR 2,650 per year total. Prezly Essential costs EUR 1,200 per year for one user, so two users would cost EUR 2,400 per year, but Prezly does not document a Dutch journalist database.
Mynewsdesk costs EUR 2,640 per year for one user. ANP Connect Database only costs EUR 2,990 per year. On cost per user per year, the Amsterdam database at EUR 1,325 per user is competitive for a team that needs the database coverage.
Check the number of logins the price covers. The Amsterdam supplier is the only vendor we measured that explicitly states two logins for EUR 2,650 per year. Check the geographic coverage: that database covers the Netherlands and Flanders, which is stated on the frequently asked questions page.
Check whether the vendor has a Dutch-language interface. Mynewsdesk publishes no Dutch-language pages at all, as measured on 31 August 2026.
Check whether the system includes a newsroom on your own domain, a press inquiry tool, or media monitoring. The Amsterdam database is a journalist database and sending system only. The hosted newsroom and that module are separate products sold by the same company, each at their own published price: the newsroom product at EUR 1,750 and the press-question module at EUR 2,700, both with no period stated on the source page, read 1 September 2026.
A buyer who needs all three would combine them.
